One of the most important, and easily exploited mechanics in the game, is the House Key. Any zed in the game that is killed indoors, has a chance to drop a house key, that will unlock all the doors in that facility. This is incredibly useful for storage units, police stations, fire stations, military bases, and gun stores.

I'm playing with 'They Knew', so I occasionally find cures on zombies, which keeps the Knox Virus from being too much of a death sentence. I actually use that 0.2 extra fanny pack space for Zomdoxycycline - it's a 24 hour immunity to the virus that the mod adds, which I find more interesting than the cure itself.
Don't care about opinions of which is better. I'm just curious the major differences. Because I haven't gotten around to trying Project Zomboid but they are about the same price and obviously that one has had more time to work on bugs. So not seeing a point of trying this one unless it has MAJOR quality of game play differences.
