when i toured georgetown, my tour guide was on the premed track and specifically emphasized how Georgetown profs are especially open to undergrads doing research (my tour guide herself was doing cancer research at the georgetown medical school nearby) and how there's so many federal agencies in the DC area who provide stem internships, etc (ex: national institute of health, etc). also the ...They have a ton of classes, programs, resources and clinics, consummate with the large class size. The campus is totally separate from the undergrad, with a law-student-only gym (big selling point for me). With around 600 students per year, that makes for a 1800 student campus, the size of a small liberal arts college.Currently, Georgetown Law has around 60% chance for current graduates to get either BigLaw or FedClerkship. I am aiming to be $150,000 in debt at graduation which includes my undergrad debt. I will be forfeiting a career in government currently making $65k for a chance to get Big Law. Is it worth it?I'm a Western 4th year student applying to Canadian Medical Schools this year. My GPA really struggled in first year where I got a 3.6 GPA (numerical 82%) Then second year, I had a numerical 84% GPA (3.7). Then 3rd year, I picked things up and had a numerical 87% GPA (3.9) and in my 4th year, I've maintained a 4.0 GPA (92%).

There are a lot of others but of the schools I applied to, I know these 3 really keyed in on community service. Rush, EVMS, Netter, VCU, Tulane, any Jesuit school, most DOs schools AFAIK. ATSU SOMA. They plant you in a community center for 3 out of 4 years of med school.
