It is striped out inside the roller on the sprocket side. I talk to dealership and they said you had to replace the whole roller.And my dad and I have bought quite a few used and new things off them over the years so we have a good relationship. Prices I was quoted for the new balers: Deere (net only) $26,500 and 0% for 60; NH (net and twine) $25,800 and either 0% for 48 or 0.9% for 60. Thanks for that offer JOR. Share.Welcome to Haytalk. I just switched from a 1209 haybine to a JD 530 discbine and I absolutely love it. I dont think they've changed much from the 530 to the 630. I have an older Kuhn GA300 3pt rotary rake. Mid summer it broke down on me. The rake will not turn with the PTO. When I lift it off the ground, the rake arm assembly seem to 'flop' around horizontally like something is broken inside just causing it to dangle.Lock the tailgate. Attach the grease gun and pump until there is pressure being applied to the grease fitting. If the grease will still not go through, then enter the baler and rotate the sledge frame back and forth while the grease gun is applying pressure to the fitting. The differences between 100HP NH tractors has to do primarily with frame weight -- something that probably should be considered based on the type of ground, hilly or flat, that you're on.
