Probably as soon as the amiibos come out, someone is going to copy them and put that on the internet. Fastest (and cheapest by far) way to get them would be to buy some NFC cards yourself and when the amiibos are released just make them. Also fast would be just buy the amiibo. Otherwise, yeah should be pretty quick.
I found some on NFC bank, but can't test them since my tablet isn't NFC compatible.
