Ah, my mistake. There's a hurl cantrip that you need to activate. I was trying to, well, throw it. xD. There should be an added spell once you cast it on your hot bar. There's no such spell added to my spell bar, only "Produce Spell: Dismiss" is added to my hotbar, and that one will only extinguish the flame, not throw it.
