I believe the SFAR's come with AGB so gas shouldn't be a problem. 16” midlength .308s tend to be over gassed. I’d say skip this option. Ideally, you’d get the 20” rifle and cut down to 16” so as to have a rifle length gas systems more compatible with suppressor use. You could also stay w a 20” bbl and run a 6” can.
