GROUP EXERCISE CLASS SCHEDULE. GROUP EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTION. Ochsner Fitness Center is proud to offer one of the best Senior Programs in the New Orleans area.Adult instruction. For individuals 14 and older who want to become more efficient in swimming. Classes are held on a monthly basis (eight 45-minute lessons) on Tuesday and Thursday nights at Harahan. The classes are for Beginner/Advanced are offered at 10am, 11am, and 12pm. The competitive lessons are offered at 10am. The fee for the lesson is $70 per month for members and $85 per month for non-members. All classes are taught in the indoor recreation pool.
Our weight rooms house 6 lines of weight equipment, and each of our more than 80 pieces of cardio equipment has a built-in television screen.
