I checked to see if there was a jam, but it had cycled properly. I then tapped the back of the slide to make sure it went fully into battery, but nothing changed.

Today at the range, after firing 100 rounds, the trigger stopped working. The trigger pull has spring pressure, but does not release the striker when pulled fully.
