In the past I've purchased TT online and then later noticed on my Fidelity landing page I get an offer to download a free copy (to late!). It would be nice to know when/if Fidelity makes this offer.While troubleshooting, we may have found a temporary workaround to download the desktop version of TurboTax Premier with the discount.
