I'm pretty sure a lot of people have already heard about the new 30th anniversary swords that came with a new signature perk called "Eager Edge". This Perk allows to to lunge quite the reasonable distance if you just pulled out your sword. If you ask me it was designed to be a homage ...kinda hate that hunters are forced to use a specific aspect to skate tho. especially considering it got nerfed to only have 1 fragment slot way back when (literally when hunter's 2nd aspect was released, thus negating the key bonus of acquiring a 2nd aspect)

Yes it launches you twice as far, even with skating. I created it by first having both halves (the other half (purple), and half truths (blue)) crafted. I had eager on purple. Then go into reshape and click blue then purple, and you should see eager in the second column on purple.

I think stuff like Eager Edge raised the skill ceiling for movement. And it made speedrunning WAY more fun. Also, sorry for the dicks downvoting and insulting.Remember to swap off the sword during the slash to keep your momentum, unless you're trying to get distance but trying to not hit a closeby wall.
