Let me quote the Diablo 3 Wiki about primal ancient items: Primal Ancients can drop from any source of Legendary item in the game, including Horadric Caches, Kadala, and Kanai's Cube, but only after having completed at least a level 70 Greater Rift. This means that you just need to successfully finish GR 70 solo once. You can in theory equip all primals on all slots if you are lucky/determined enough. I think you can only equip one cube recipe crafted primal item. Crafted primal. Just 1. Natural primal. All. Really, REALLY wish I had stumbled upon this thread yesterday. I would've saved myself some annoyance.
